By accessing or using ClickyApps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Respect rate limits and fair use; automated scraping is not allowed.

Accounts and payments

Many tools are free to use without an account. Certain AI tools require an account and a paid subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe. You can manage your plan at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal available from your dashboard.

Subscriptions and credits

• Plan: Creator Pro — $6.99/month (USD).
• Included: 50 credits per month; 1 credit = 1 successful AI run on covered tools.
• Trial: 5-day free trial with 10 trial credits. A valid payment method is required. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid the first charge.
• Expiry: Monthly credits expire each month. All remaining credits (monthly and top‑ups) expire at the end of the current period if you cancel.
• Top‑ups: 50 credits for $4.99. Available only while subscribed and only after your first successful charge. Top‑ups do not carry over after cancellation.

Rate limits and fair use

To protect reliability, we enforce per‑user limits of up to 6 runs per minute and 100 runs per day on covered tools.

Outages and refunds

If we flag an outage window, successful runs during that time are automatically refunded as credits. We do not offer refunds for used credits. Pro‑rata refunds are provided only where required by law.

Content

You retain any rights to content you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service and display the site. For client-side tools, your inputs are processed in your browser and not stored on our servers.

Disclaimer

The site and tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickyApps and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
